About the role
We are hiring a Housekeeping Associate to join our team at MCHG. Our mission is to Positively Impact Lives through our commitment to our guests and our team. The Housekeeping Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that our hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
- Change linens, make beds, restock supplies
- Follow all safety and cleaning procedures
- Report maintenance or safety concerns
- Keep housekeeping carts and work areas organized
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Work independently and with the housekeeping team
Qualifications
- Hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be available for weekends, nights, and holidays
