About The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our facilities team. This role is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our management office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and restroom products
  • Clean interior glass, windows, and other surfaces as needed
  • Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Facilities Manager

Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently during evening hours
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional in demeanor
