Housekeeping Assistant

Job Summary

NHC Healthcare Pulaski is seeking Housekeeping Assistants to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for patients in a secure healthcare setting. This position offers competitive wages, dental and vision insurance, and a 401k plan (all optional).

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize all patient rooms and public spaces according to established protocols.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working order.
• Assist with laundry and linen management as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
