Job Duties
This position will perform a variety of Housekeeping duties with positive expectations:
- To ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions are maintained for residents and employees.
- To maintain, strip, wax, burnish and buff floors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with procedures for Striping and Waxing, Burnishing, and Buffing.
- Experience with chemicals used during the floor cleaning process.
- Experience with stripping/waxing machine, burnishing machine, and buffing machine.
- Experience with industrial carpet shampooers, rotary carpet cleaning machines and steamers.
