About the role

Housekeeping Aides perform a variety of tasks to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests and residents. You will ensure cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices, making satisfaction a top priority.

Responsibilities

• Attend to multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors
• May be assigned housekeeping projects outside on the facility grounds
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors
• Through kind words and encouragement, promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive

Requirements

• A team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done

Pay

Starting at $16+ per hour (includes $15.15 base wage plus $0.85 per hour Hero Pay). Yearly wage increases.

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time positions available
• All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• 8-hour shifts
