Housekeeping Aide

About the role

Join our WellBridge of Novi team! Our Housekeeping Aides perform a variety of tasks to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all of our guests and residents. Will ensure cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices ensuring satisfaction is a top priority.

Responsibilities

• Attend to multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors
• May be assigned housekeeping projects outside on the facility grounds
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors
• Through kind words and encouragement, promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive

Pay

• Starting wage: $15.15 per hour
• Hero Pay: $0.85 per hour (new)
• Yearly wage increases

Schedule

• Full‑time or part‑time positions available
• All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Days and afternoon shifts; no late nights
