As a Housekeeping Aide you will maintain a clean and pleasant environment for guests and residents, ensuring satisfaction is a top priority. The facility is located at 427 East Washington Ave, St. Louis, Michigan 48178, serving surrounding areas such as Alma, Breckenridge, Ithaca, Shepherd, Mount Pleasant, Hemlock, Carson City, Edmore, Midland, Coleman, Saint Charles, Stanton, Lake Isabella, Freeland, Shields, Saint Johns, Fowler, Chesaning, Clare, Auburn, and Ovid.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices.
- Attend to multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash.
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors.
- May be assigned housekeeping projects outside on the facility grounds.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors.
- Through kind words and encouragement, promote a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.
Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.
- Team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support team members and get the job done.

Pay
Starting wage $14.50 per hour plus $0.85 per hour Hero/Hazard pay, for an effective rate of $15.35 per hour, with yearly wage increases.
Schedule
Part‑time position with 8‑hour shifts; all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays.
