Lafayette Manor is a facility providing comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation services alongside nursing-centered care. We are looking for a Housekeeping Aide to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the role
- Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including but not limited to bathrooms, common areas, and patient rooms
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily cleaning routines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
- Report any maintenance issues to supervisors immediately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
