Belle Plaine Specialty Care, a 46‑bed long‑term care skilled nursing community in Belle Plaine, IA, is seeking a compassionate Housekeeping Aide to join Care Initiatives. In this part‑time, day‑shift position you will help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well‑organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members while contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well‑organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection‑prevention, collaborating effectively with the care team.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
