West Ridge Specialty Care, a 78-bed long-term care skilled nursing community located in Knoxville, IA, is now hiring compassionate Housekeepers to join Care Initiatives as a Housekeeping Aide. In this role you will provide comprehensive care that truly matters by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
