Housekeeping Aid

About the role

Comanche Trace, located in Kerrville, TX, is seeking a part‑time Housekeeper (Housekeeping Aid) to provide incredible guest service and member experiences through daily cleaning services. Beginners are welcome; previous experience is not required. The role is within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization that is part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time position with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning for all areas of the operation, including offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities.
• Perform light and heavy cleaning tasks such as window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, and emptying trash cans and ashtrays.
• Identify and report supply needs to the supervisor.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or one month related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English as required to perform job duties.

Working Conditions

• Frequently stands, walks, and sits; regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks and listens.
• Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches.
• Regularly lifts up to 25 lb and occasionally lifts up to 50 lb.
• Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions.
• Frequently works with cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Noise level is moderate.
