Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
• Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards.
• Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Make beds.
• Replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
• Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
• Maintain positive customer and associate relationships.
• Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest issues to resolution in an effort to improve the guest experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners.
• Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Pay

Generally starting at $18.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will be set based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
