Full-time opportunity at The Park at University Village in our Housekeeping Department.
Pay
$17.13 – $18/hour, dependent on experience.
Schedule
Wednesday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (multiple shifts available).

Responsibilities
- Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned resident apartments, common areas, furnishings, and fixtures
- Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors
- Use dry mop, wet mop, broom, or vacuum to clean floors, both routinely and after incidents
- Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms in resident apartments and common areas
- Perform full-cycle residential and commercial laundry
- Discard trash, medical waste, and recycling
- Mix, properly use, and dispose of cleaning chemicals
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
- Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry is a plus
- Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
