Housekeeper - Surgicenter (Mid-day)

About the role

To provide a superior level of cleaning quality in assigned areas to maintain a clean working environment.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform proper cleaning techniques and procedures when cleaning patient rooms, offices, and other designated areas within the Carle organization.
• Demonstrates procedural knowledge of chemical handling; able to dispose of biohazard spills.
• Performs all housekeeping duties with the special needs of Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients in mind.
• Able to perform and converse on proper infection control techniques and proper hand hygiene.
• Able to use disinfectants in critical areas including surgery suites.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $15.45 per hour - $25.03 per hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked, and compensation model.
