Housekeeper Supervisor - Nights

About the role

Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping services including, but not limited to, staff scheduling, job assignments, performance management, and training. Function as primary contact for all ES needs throughout the organization. Ensure services are provided in a timely, consistent and collaborative manner while ensuring standards and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign staff for housekeeping duties
• Manage performance and conduct performance evaluations
• Train new and existing staff on housekeeping protocols and standards
• Communicate with ES team members regarding housekeeping needs
• Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures

Requirements

• AA degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two (2) years work experience in healthcare, hotel or other equivalent housekeeping experience
• At least two (2) years supervisory or lead experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Health Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Registered Executive Housekeeper (REH) or Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH)
