Housekeeper - Retirement Community
Saxony Village is looking for a dependable, hospitality-minded Housekeeper to keep residents’ homes and common areas clean and welcoming in our retirement community. You’ll follow established routines, respect residents’ privacy, and help create a comfortable, safe environment. Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled housekeeping in residents’ homes
- Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and meeting spaces
- Perform routine tasks: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and trash removal
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain organization of carts, closets, and supply areas
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Follow cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and infection control standards
- Interact respectfully with residents, families, guests, and team members
- Respect residents’ privacy and preferences
- Assist with seasonal deep cleaning, special events, or additional assignments
Schedule
This is a full-time position with typical day shift hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including a rotating weekend schedule.

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
