About the Role

The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with expectations of the center’s leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field (preferred).

TriStar Horizon Medical Center is an accredited, 150+ bed regional medical center offering a full array of services, including:

• Cardiology and diagnostic imaging.

We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center and a Primary Stroke Center, leading in emergency heart and stroke care. Our satellite campus, TriStar Natchez, offers imaging and oncology services, as well as a 24/7, full-service ER that provides the same services as our main campus emergency room.
