Housekeeper (PRN - As Needed) - Manning Square

About the role

We are looking for a housekeeper to maintain a first-class community environment in a high-quality, cutting-edge senior living community. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our residents and their families, helping to maintain and strengthen our reputation. This is a PRN (as needed) opportunity.

Manning Square has partnered with Tapcheck, a mobile app that allows team members to access their earned wages instantly, empowering them with more control over their finances.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas while meeting or exceeding company quality standards.
• Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry.
• Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and Lockout Tagout procedures.
• Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment, which may require basic math conversions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper preferred.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, and vacuums.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Able to handle standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Work quickly without compromising quality.
• Basic knowledge of, and the ability to, read and communicate in English.
