Housekeeper - PM Shift - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the following areas: Cottages, Halfway Houses, Restaurants, Clubhouses, Security Gates, Sales Center, Administration Building, Rock House, Jackson House, Central Services, Pro Shops, Maintenance Buildings, Marinas, Tennis Centers, Pavilions, Pool areas, Cart Facilities, Corporate Building, Plantation Commons, and special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Complete cleaning tasks according to established Reynolds, Lake Oconee standards.
• Stock supplies and maintain the warehouse.
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding room and table linen following prescribed methods and procedures for sorting, washing, drying, folding, and sorting operations.
• Maintain laundry equipment as needed.
• Maintain van cleanliness.
• Uphold a clean, pleasant, and neat image.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding work issues or concerns.
• Interact and assist guests and members as needed, including tasks such as plunging toilets and operating television remotes.

Qualifications

• Some work experience desired, but training will be provided.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift up to 30 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 90% of the day.
• Able to withstand varying weather conditions.
• Congenial personality; able to interact well with others.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Ability to climb and descend stairs on a regular basis.
• Able to work well without constant supervision.
