Responsibilities

• Routinely cleans patient's rooms in a timely manner after discharge of patients.
• Cleans nursing units, surgical areas, offices, laboratory areas, waiting areas, public restrooms, and other areas as assigned.
• Provides linen services throughout the facility.
• Maintains the facility by monitoring for items needing cleaning and attention.
• Uses cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
• Maintains a safe cleaning environment while working independently.
• Demonstrates service excellence at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills to enter patient room turnover.
• Works independently.
