About the role

At Luther Ridge, part of Ascentria Care Alliance, you'll play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments, common areas, and shared spaces
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Support light maintenance needs such as minor repairs, basic upkeep, and reporting larger issues
• Absorb and prepare rooms for new residents
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident and team requests

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or senior living
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, safe spaces
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
• Genuine desire to support and serve older adults
