About the role

At Luther Ridge, part of Ascentria Care Alliance, you'll play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments, common areas, and shared spaces
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Support light maintenance needs such as minor repairs, basic upkeep, and reporting larger issues
• Absorb and prepare rooms for new residents
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident and team requests

Requirements

Previous housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or senior living. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, safe spaces. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented. A genuine desire to support and serve older adults.
