Housekeeper - Part Time - WorldMark Bass Lake Resort
About the Role
A Housekeeper supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. This role involves cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, as well as adhering to housekeeping detail standards. Additional duties include vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, cleaning lobbies, making beds, replenishing supplies (e.g., kitchenware and toiletries), and handling linens. The Housekeeper also responds to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction and resolves issues to improve the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
- Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards.
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
- Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
- Maintain positive customer and associate relationships.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Pay
Compensation generally starts at $20.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will be set based on factors including experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
