About the role
Emplify Health Boscobel is seeking a part-time Environmental Services Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff
- Follow infection prevention and safety procedures
- Work both independently and collaboratively across departments
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Previous healthcare or cleaning experience (helpful but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Pay
Starting at $16.20/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience
Schedule
Part-time, 20 hours/week
Shift: Monday–Friday evenings (flexible once trained)
Shift Differential
Additional pay for evening/night hours
