Housekeeper - Part Time - 2-3 days a week 6am-2:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms and public use spaces.
- Vacuum, shampoo and deodorize carpets, and clean surfaces throughout the community.
- Respond to resident room emergencies, and log cleaning activities as required.
- Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Pay
Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
