Responsibilities
- Cleaning resident apartments and common areas including fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs.
- Making beds with clean linen.
- Emptying, cleaning waste containers and replacing liners.
- High/low dusting.
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
Qualifications
- Qualified applicants will preferably have prior housekeeping experience in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services or Senior Living Environment.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.
- Hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm, with weekends and holidays required as needed.
- Capable of operating and maintaining all housekeeping / laundry equipment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Control, Hazardous Waste, and Disaster Plans.
- This position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
Pay
Pay Range: USD $16.51 - USD $19.39 /Hr.
