HOUSEKEEPER (ON CALL)
About the role
Crothall Healthcare is seeking immediate on-call HOUSEKEEPER positions at AdventHealth MC Hinsdale. Online applications are accepted only. Schedules are on-call, Monday through Friday, rotating weekends, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, or 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Training will provide 2 weeks of paid training, along with PTO and sick time.
Responsibilities
- Provides quality customer service by attending to one-on-one guest needs.
- Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
- Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
- Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empties and cleans trash containers in a sanitary manner.
- Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipes down glass surfaces.
- Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
- Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
- Responds to guest queries and requests.
- Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
No prior experience is necessary. Willingness to train is required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Skills
Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn new tasks are essential.

Pay
$17.00 per hour to $19.00 per hour.
