Housekeeper/Laundry/Janitor/Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and safety of the grounds and equipment/light fixtures/toilets
• Cleaning duties
• Garbage runs
• Furniture moves
• Snow removal
• Labeling, washing, drying, folding and hanging laundry
• Stocking linens
• Dusting rooms, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing units, cleaning carpets, and replenishing supplies as needed on the units
• Preventive maintenance, maintaining the appearance and safety of the grounds, assisting with furniture moves, janitorial duties, and repairing facility and resident equipment such as building plumbing, mechanical beds/lift chairs, commercial kitchen appliances, and laundry equipment

Requirements

• Full-time 9AM-5:30PM shift (30 minute unpaid break)
• Full Time 3RD shift (Sunday 4PM-Midnight and Monday-Thursday 8PM-4AM)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job

Pay

• Starting wage for Janitor: $16.65 per hour
• Starting wage for 3RD shift Janitor: $15.65 per hour
• Starting wage for Every Other Weekend/Every Other Holiday AM shift Laundry Aide: $13.65 per hour

Schedule
