About the role

The Bristal Assisted Living seeks to provide a luxurious senior care environment where residents can live comfortably and with dignity. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, offices, and surrounding areas clean according to housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Ensure all areas are free from dirt, dust, and debris.
• Handle resident requests promptly and courteously.
• Work closely with the Director of Housekeeping to adhere to guidelines and ensure consistency in cleaning practices.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other team members to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the quality of life and wellbeing of residents.

Requirements

• A pleasant and courteous demeanor when interacting with peers, supervisors, guests, residents, and management.
• Experience in cleaning services within the hospitality, healthcare, or related industries.
• Experience working with senior populations is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).
