Housekeeper / Laundry Attendant

About the Role

In this role, you will maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and the common areas of the community.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Help respond to resident emergencies as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Requirements

• No prior experience required—we provide training.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Capability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.
