About the role

Trillium Woods is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Housekeeper / Laundry to join their team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment that meets the needs of residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions.
• Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in homes with pets.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Must be comfortable with moderate to heavy physical effort (bending, stretching, reaching, kneeling) throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Must pass preemployment screening, including a criminal background check, drug test, tuberculosis skin test, and employment references.

Schedule

Full-time, 7:30am–4:00pm (40 hours per week), 4–5 days a week, including every other weekend.

Pay

Starts at $19/hr.
