About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the mission of Carlow University.
Responsibilities
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Manage faculty and staff resources
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Contribute to the strategic planning and visioning of the department
Requirements
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in higher education administration
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
