Responsibilities

• Perform professional house cleaning using The Cleaning Authority’s Detail-Clean Rotation System
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to pass a background check
• Great attitude, team player mentality, and pride in your work
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our cleaning standards
• Able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)

Pay

• $15.00 per hour base pay
• $450 to $550 weekly pay potential
• Earn an extra $5 an hour to work alone or train
• $0.50 per mile when driving
• Tips from customers

Schedule

• Weekdays only, all daylight shifts
• Flexible scheduling for days off (e.g., doctor’s appointments)
• Paid holidays after 90 days
• Paid vacation up to 15 days
