Housekeeper - Homewood Suites by Hilton Southington

About the role

The Hotel Housekeeper at Homewood Suites by Hilton, Southington, CT, is responsible for providing professional and courteous service, cleaning and maintaining all public areas, guest rooms, storage areas, and administrative areas. Duties also include running supplies and service items to guestrooms as requested, polishing metalwork and furniture, collecting linens for laundering, and refurnishing areas with supplies as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times
• Clean and maintain all public areas, guest rooms, storage areas, and administrative areas
• Run supplies and service items to guestrooms as requested
• Polish metalwork and furniture
• Collect linens for laundering and receives and stores linen supplies in appropriate locations
• Refurnish areas with supplies as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be able to work various shifts per week
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously in person
