Housekeeper/Groundskeeper

About the Role

We are seeking part-time and full-time housekeepers/groundskeepers to maintain the overall condition of exterior spaces and common areas of assigned properties. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall condition of exterior spaces and common areas
• Provide good customer service when interacting with residents and coworkers
• Perform trash and debris pickup
• Monitor the condition of building exteriors and signage
• Assist with pool maintenance
• Handle breezeway housekeeping
• Remove snow and ice as needed
• Maintain flowers and trees
• Remove dog waste and cigarette butts
• Assist the Maintenance Tech with maintenance duties when possible or needed
