Housekeeper - Futura at Nona Cove

About the role

The Housekeeper at Nona Cove is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the property, including the leasing office, clubhouse, and common area restrooms. Duties also include making vacant units ready for showings and reporting hazards to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse, and common-area restrooms daily or as directed.
• Freshens vacant apartment homes and targeted show units throughout the day to maintain market readiness.
• Aids in the make-ready process by performing additional tasks as requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Informs supervisors of any hazards or potentially dangerous situations observed.
• Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and reports when a reorder is needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
• Work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).
• Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping or similar field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00.

Schedule

Monday-Friday + rotating on-call schedule.
