Housekeeper (Full-Time) - Legacy of North Myrtle Beach

The Legacy of North Myrtle Beach is seeking a housekeeper to maintain a first-class community environment in a high-quality, cutting-edge senior living community. This full-time, day-shift position plays a critical role in creating a clean and orderly environment for residents and their families, supporting the community’s reputation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas while meeting or exceeding company quality standards.
• Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry.
• Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and Lockout Tagout procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper preferred.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as irons, washers & dryers, brooms, mops, and vacuums.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Able to handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment, which may require basic math conversions.
• Work quickly without compromising quality.
• Basic knowledge of, and ability to, read and communicate in English.
