Location: Touchmark on West Prospect, Appleton, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Clean resident homes and guest rooms according to established Touchmark standards.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including building entrances, lobbies, dining areas, and public restrooms.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment throughout the community.
- Identify and report maintenance needs such as burned-out light bulbs, damaged flooring, stained ceiling tiles, or other repair needs.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safe work practices when handling cleaning chemicals, hazardous materials, infectious waste, and body substances.
- Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to complete daily assignments.
- Interact with residents, families, guests, and coworkers with patience, professionalism, flexibility, and hospitality.
- Attend required meetings and assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, particularly in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, hotels, resorts, or a similar environment.
- A strong desire to work with and around older adults
