Housekeeper (Full Time)

Job Specific Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and offices to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Absorb and assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in compliance with health regulations.
• Support the setup and breakdown of facilities for events or meetings.

Required Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities

• Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial or janitorial services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment usage.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, talk or hear, and smell continually.
• Close vision is required to see computer monitors, read documents, and operate copy and fax machines.
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach frequently.
• Must be able to move quickly in emergencies, including walking briskly or running short distances.
• Ability to maintain physical and mental alertness during prolonged periods of activity in high-stress environments.
