HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME)
About the role
Crothall Healthcare is seeking immediate full-time HOUSEKEEPER positions at Prisma Health Patewood Hospital located at 175 Patewood Drive, Greenville, SC 29615. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time, days may vary from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with every other weekend shift required. Previous housekeeping and customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides quality customer service to guests by attending to their needs and addressing their requests promptly.
- Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
- Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
- Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empties and cleans trash containers in a sanitary manner.
- Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipes down glass surfaces.
- Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
- Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
- Responds to guest queries and requests.
- Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping and customer service experience is preferred.
