HOUSEKEEPER (FULL AND PART TIME)

About the role

Crothall Healthcare is hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time Housekeeper positions at Saint Nicholas Hospital, 3100 Superior Avenue, Sheboygan, WI 53081. As part of Compass Healthcare, Crothall provides specialized environmental services to healthcare facilities, supporting nearly 1,300 accounts and employing about 30,000 team members. The role contributes to a culture of caring, belonging, and excellence across Environmental Services, Patient Transportation, Facilities Management, and other support services.

Responsibilities

• Perform light cleaning duties to maintain establishments (hotels, restaurants, hospitals) in a clean and orderly manner.
• Make beds and replenish linens.
• Clean rooms and halls; vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers; dispose of trash sanitarily.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
• Respond to guest queries and requests.
• Respond to calls for housekeeping problems (spills, broken glasses).
• Contribute to team efforts; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
