Housekeeper for Commercial Cleaning Company Federal Way

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for clients' facilities using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, sanitizing, trash disposal, etc.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Open/lock facilities and operate building alarms/security systems.

Qualifications

• Professional cleaning experience preferred; willing to train a reliable candidate with good communication and strong work ethic.
• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead, reaching forward.
• Ability to lift and/or carry 25 lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their proper uses.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, organized, and detailed manner.
• Ability to adhere to a pre‑set time budget for each assigned project.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
