About the role

Overview Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is a welcoming senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional service and enriching the lives of residents every day. We are seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to help create a clean, comfortable, and inviting living environment for residents while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, offices, and public spaces according to established quality standards.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, and restock supplies to maintain a safe and attractive environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident housekeeping requests and concerns.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and chemical handling procedures while performing daily housekeeping duties.
• Support special cleaning projects and assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the community.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or environmental services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
