About the role

Located in the heart of Eugene, Oregon, Cascade Manor is a vibrant not-for-profit Life Plan Community offering residents an engaging lifestyle and a full continuum of care. We are seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine housekeeping services throughout the community, including cleaning resident apartments, common areas, and assigned spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively while following established procedures.
• Maintain organized and sanitary work areas while delivering a resident-focused service experience.
• Follow safety procedures and respond appropriately in emergency situations while completing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents and coworkers.

Schedule

Tuesday – Saturday | 8:00 am – 3:30 pm

Pay

$15.55 / hr (DOE)
