About the role
Presbyterian is hiring a Housekeeper/Environmental Services Tech to clean and service all areas of the facility, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Pay
Pay Range Minimum Offer: $16.33 – Maximum Offer: $23.15
Schedule
Part time, Days shift
Responsibilities
- Dusts furniture, woodwork, and equipment
- Mops floors and polishes/cleans fixtures in all areas as needed
- Wet mops rooms, halls, stairways, and public areas
- Operates housekeeping mechanical equipment
- Moves furniture pertaining to cleaning procedures
- Buffs, strips, waxes, and polishes floors
- Removes waste and soiled linens from work area according to proper procedure
- Performs cleaning procedures of patient rooms and prepares room for next occupant; follows isolation procedures in isolation rooms
- Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings
