About the role

Weinstein Properties is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. Based in Richmond, Virginia, we manage over 60 apartment communities across multiple states. Our success is driven by our hands-on approach and commitment to customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, and stock coffee stations
• Cleaning vacant and model units and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes
• Performing potentially unpleasant tasks as part of the job
• Completing daily, recurring responsibilities like cleaning the clubhouse
• Standing and walking for prolonged periods while performing tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in housekeeping or similar field preferred

Benefits

• Competitive hourly rates starting at $17/hour
• Quarterly bonuses available
• $1000 stay bonus after 90 days and in good standing

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
