About the Role

OakLeaf Clinics - Housekeeping has an exciting opportunity for a casual Housekeeper! Join our team and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff across our network of Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Urgent Care clinics. This flexible position supports housekeeping needs at 10 of our clinic locations and offers the opportunity to pick up hours as needed based on availability. Whether you prefer evenings, late nights, or early mornings, this role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in a healthcare setting!

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, including vacuuming, wiping down counters, and cleaning sinks
• Deep clean areas on a rotating schedule to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
li>Vacuum, sweep, and maintain common and public areas of the clinic, including entrances, waiting rooms, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring they are tidy and free from hazards
• Monitor, order, and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries in patient rooms and designated areas as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department for prompt resolution
• Comply with all safety and health regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of cleaning chemicals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting (preferred)
• Familiarity with various cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals used in healthcare environments
• Keen eye for detail to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy objects
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
• Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting work schedules
• Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and other staff
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle emergency cleaning situations
• Good verbal communication skills to interact with patients, visitors, and staff professionally

Pay

Starting at $18 per hour
