Housekeeper BUILDING SERVICES WORKER

Main Purpose of Job: The main purpose of this position is to perform a wide variety of domestic housekeeping duties, including general housekeeping, to ensure a clean, safe, germ-free environment for all patients, visitors and staff.

About the Role

Employees appointed to positions in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland. Special Requirements: Employees in this classification may be subject to call-in 24 hours a day and, therefore, may be required to provide the employing agency with a telephone number where they can be reached.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of domestic housekeeping duties, including general housekeeping, to ensure a clean, safe, germ-free environment for all patients, visitors and staff.
• Operate a motor vehicle as needed for the performance of job duties.
