Key Contributions

• Cleaning vacant units to a market ready status within 24-72 hours as designated by manager while maintaining company standards.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness of interior & exterior of property by completing daily tasks in the manner prescribed by company standards.
• Keep supply rooms fully stocked and in a clean and orderly state, ensure cleanliness of vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment/supplies.
• Ensure that the resident property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction and being available on a 24-hour emergency basis.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Position Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GEC required.
• Experience: 1 year of customer service experience.
• Physical & Cognitive: Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.
• If job includes or may include driving for company business: Driver must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier.
• Driver must have reliable means of transportation.
• Driver must have the ability to be insurable at standard rates for driving.
• Driver must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business.
