Housekeeper

About the Role

We have a fantastic Housekeeper opportunity available at Weinstein Properties, a family-owned company with over 70 years of success in managing apartment communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. This role is based in Bexley Grapevine and is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, offices, clubhouse, and amenities.
• Clean and stock coffee station.
• Clean vacant and model units, including completing freshens in model and vacant ready homes.
• Perform other necessary duties to maintain a clean, beautiful, and welcoming community.

• Independence and initiative: Work well independently, be a self-starter, and take initiative to go beyond assigned tasks.
• Attention to detail: Proactively notice issues and maintain a clean, well-kept appearance of the community.
• Strong work ethic: Keep busy, complete tasks thoroughly, and don’t shy away from dirty or repetitive jobs.
• Team player: Communicate and collaborate well with maintenance and leasing teams; help out when needed without hesitation.
• Positive attitude and pride in work: Take pride in maintaining the property and contribute to community appearance.
• Adaptable and versatile: Willing to take on various responsibilities and support the maintenance team as needed.

Qualifications

No specific qualifications are required, as we believe in training talent from the ground up.

Skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods while performing tasks.

Pay

Hourly rates are competitive, starting at $16.50/hour, with quarterly bonuses. Currently eligible for a $1000 stay-on bonus after 90 days in good standing.
